Confrérie de l'Escargot de Bourgogne
L'association dite " Confrérie de l'Escargot " créée avec la participation de M. Henri Vincenot, le 13 Avril 1975 à son siège à BLAISY-BAS (21540), elle a pour but de : Réunir les amateurs d'escargots ,faire connaître, déguster et apprécier l'escargot de Bourgogne (Hélix Pomatia) protéger le dit escargot de Bourgogne dans son milieu naturel afin d'en maintenir l'espèce maintenir et développer les traditions folkloriques.la confrérie est composée : d'un grand Conseil (qui comprend un Pape des Escargots, un grand Maître, deux grands Chambellans, une douzaine de Chambellans) de Compagnons et Compagnes : intronisés lors des chapitres, ardents défenseur de l'Escargot de Bourgogne Hélix Pomatia et ambassadeur de la Confrérie à travers le monde; 936 au 1er juin 2012. la confrérie est à la base de la loi sur la réglementation du ramassage des escargots.(J.0 du 12/05/1979).le Pape des Escargots tel que je l'ai vu
Henri Vincenot A savoir : (extraits) L'interdiction du ramassage des spécimens vivants d'Hélix Pomatia et de leur cession à titre gratuits ou onéreux En tout temps lorsque la coquille a un diamètre inférieur à 3 cm; pendant la périodes du 1er Avril au 30 juin inclus lorsque la coquille a un diamètre égal ou supérieur à 3 cm.elle participe a de nombreuses manifestations gastronomique en France, Allemagne, Belgique, Suisse; a la Journée dégustation à la chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Dijon, aux journées du rassemblement Européen des Confréries; la Foire de Blaisy-Bas et Châlon sur Saône; la St Vincent Tournante. elle est membre de l'Amicale des Confréries Gastronomique vineuse et de métier de Bourgogne, et de bien d'autres confréries. elle organise un chapitre annuel avec intronisation et repas, ou toutes personnes peut être intronisées a sa demande écrite après admission par le grand conseil.

like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to find out
how you center yourself and clear your mind prior
to writing. I've had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my
thoughts out there. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are
